Space

The LM73605 SIMPLE SWITCHER® regulator is an easy to use synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of driving up to 5 A of load current from an input of up to 36 V. The LM73605 provides exceptional efficiency and output accuracy in a very small solution size. Peak current mode control is employed. Additional features such as adjustable switching frequency, synchronization, power good flag, precision enable, adjustable soft-start, and tracking provide both a flexible and easy to use solution for a wide range of applications. Automatic frequency fold-back at light load improves light load efficiency. The family requires few external components and has a pin out designed for simple, optimum PCB layout. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and short-circuit protection. The LM73605 device is available in a QFN 30 pin leadless package.
